Extension pipes without a tightening device.
Supplied complete with ball valve PN65 and quick coupling on the first pipe.
If another type of coupling is preferred, there are options to choose from (claw coupling, JIC coupling, or NPT coupling); more information is in the technical data sheet below.
Available in three different pipe sizes: 3/8", 1/2" and 1".
When ordering, state the total desired length of extension pipes (can exceed 6m, up to 30m total length) and how the tube lengths are to be divided. If no division of tube lengths is specified, the scraper pipes are delivered in the longest possible lengths (minimum number of joints).
NOTE: Different types of joints between pipes exist, most commonly external joints for pipes in dimensions 1/2" and above, while internal joints on 3/8" pipes. When using single use packers (disposable packers), joints are adapted so that packers can be loosened in drill holes without unscrewing joints (via one or more left-hand threaded joints/adapters).
Note: Can be optionally equipped with one or two fixed safety hooks on the first pipe at the customer's request.

Can be additionally equipped with a safety hook on the first tube at extra cost.

The picture below shows an external coupling sleeve/adaptor, the pipe can also be supplied with an internal coupling if required (see 3/8" pipe).
Extension pipes can be provided with left-hand threads in all joints, if necessary, or on the final tube directly against the packer/adapter, in the case of a disposable packers is used, so that the packer can be loosened and inserted into the borehole without the extension pipes coming apart.

Extension pipes can be provided with left-hand threads in all joints if necessary, or on the final tube directly against the packer/adapter, in the case of disposable packers is used, so that the packer can be loosened and inserted into the borehole without the splicing pipes coming apart.
