Injection tube for tightening with nutrunner or wrench.

Injection pipes are supplied with a PN65* ball valve and quick coupling as standard.

If a different type of coupling is preferred, there are options to choose from (claw coupling, JIC coupling 1 1/16", or NPT coupling 1/2").

The end of the outer tube is chamfered to fit lock washers on disposable packers, but also fits GU packers.

* Note: If the Lüdecke female is used with a locking arm, this is rated PN50, so this part of the coupling is crucial for the maximum injection pressure.

Other: Reinforced injection pipes (double outer pipes) can be supplied on request, with a nose adapted for low-pressure packers. They are used in conjunction with the injection pipes put in place using the drilling rig.

High-pressure injection pipe for tightening with nutrunner or wrench.

The injection pipes are supplied with a high-pressure ball valve PN500, MSU nose, rotating safety hook, and quick coupling as standard.

NOTE: If a quick coupling is selected as above and the injection pressure exceeds 50 Bar, the female quick coupling must be a high-pressure type (8000031-G, see quick couplings), as ordinary quick couplings (concrete couplings/Lüdecke couplings) have pressure class PN50.

If a different type of coupling is preferred, there are options to choose from: JIC coupling 1 1/16" or NPT coupling 1/2", which have higher pressure ratings (JIC=PN320, NPT=PN200).

The MSU nose on the injection tube is adapted to fit lock washers on high-pressure packers and GU-packers. MSU-nose does not fit regular disposable packers.

Other: Reinforced injection pipes (double outer pipes) can be supplied on request. Used in conjunction with the installation of injection pipes using the drilling rig.
