Compressible packers designed for exceptionally high injection pressures (+100 Bar) and, where applicable, high inflow of water that makes ordinary packers difficult to place in boreholes.
All packers have the front packer washer (washer against C/GX tip) welded to the packer tube, and the washer is conically designed to guide the packer rubber during tensioning.
A number of the variants shown here have slightly different steering rods in the front to facilitate placement in drillholes where large water flows occur in combination with standard or reinforced injection pipes.
We also have models of packers to place with the help of the drilling rig (Jumbon) in case of really large flows.
High-pressure packer (+100 Bar) where the conical front washer is welded to the packer tube. Max injection pressure is determined by friction of packer against borehole, anchoring of injection pipe *, and other components of injection equipment (packer pipe itself approved for 160 Bar).

High-pressure packer (+100 Bar) equipped with mechanical locking and front conical washer welded to packer tube.
This mechanical locking packer is designed with a mechanical cone that expands when the packer is tensioned. The cone itself is placed behind the packer rubber, which means that if the packer is pushed back by the injection pressure, the cone / locking will expand more and more and strive to lock the packer tighter. Area of use is at very high injection pressures (and then in combination with an anchored outer tube), and/or where bad rock may occur that requires additional locking in addition to the packer rubber.

Manual packer mounted directly on 1" inner tube to place in drillhole using the drill rig at extremely high water flow out of drillhole (rig pushes packer into drillhole).
Packer made with 1" inner tube can be made from Ø57mm up to Ø180-200mm, in the picture it is a packer for drillhole 63mm. For smaller dimensions, the same type of solution can be made with 1/2" inner tube.
