Following customer requests, GMA has developed the Thorbolt system for immediate rock reinforcement by delivering Thorbolt complete with rebar and top expander. By tensioning the top expander directly at the installation of the Thorbolt, rock reinforcement can take place immediately, after which grouting can be carried out with increased safety until full strength is reached in the rock bolt system after hardening.
In this case, GMA supplies a complete rock bolt with Thorbolt, a length-adapted rebar, top expander and ventilation hose mounted. The necessary dome washers, hemispheres, and nuts are also in the range, as well as the necessary assembly tools.
Both Thorbolt and rebars are available in galvanized or epoxy-treated finishes, including hemispheres, dome plates and nuts.
