The perforated ground pipes are divided into a number of different parts (7 in total, see below), where the basic parts are; Front pipe with cone, Extension pipe, and Hammer top. These parts are combined to achieve the desired depth of injection.
The perforated pipes are equipped with surface-mounted rubber check valves. These check-valves are held in place by steel rings as the pipes are driven into the ground.
Injection is then carried out using an inflatable packer, 853-45-80-600, or a double packer, 853-45-80-600-D, depending on how the injection is planned to be carried out (sectional or from the bottom up).
As an alternative to the inflatable packer, compressible packers can also be used for bottom-up injection, or the special model of compressible double packer we have developed for these perforated soil pipes.
Perforated top pipe 2", length 3m and inner diameter 53mm.
To be completed with cone, coupling sleeve, and/or with impact tube/hammer head.

Many separate parts, such as cones for front pipes, coupling sleeves, impact pipe/hammer tops, and impact flanges, are available for the perforated 2" pipes. This means that the perforated upper pipe can be supplemented/converted to other pipe models when needed in the field.
However, most commonly, pipes are delivered complete from the factory.
