Standard packers are equipped with a solid plug instead of a check valve. Packers are equipped with lock washers and are left in holes that are plugged after tightening.
Tightening of plugs is done with standard injection pipes, manual or mechanical.
Eventual dismantling of the packer can be done using dismantling tools.
Plug where the pipe/rod is held by a left-hand threaded, while the tightening nut is right-hand threaded. Mounting tool (key grip) is adapted to the tightening nut. The length of the retaining pipe/rod and mounting tool is adapted in relation to the depth where the plug is inserted.
Suitable for plugs between Ø 125mm up to about 200mm.
Different types of plugs with three-point tightening* can be produced from 200mm diameter up to 400-500mm diameter.
The picture shows a plug for a diameter of 300mm. Depending on the installation depth of the plug, sleeves or tightening bars are also adapted to fit.
* The number of tightening points is adapted to the actual diameter; for larger sizes, more tightening points may be used.

This fits plugs from Ø54mm up to about 130mm.
Our plugs made of stainless steel (A4) can be used for permanent installation in pipes. Passages can be opened to connect measuring equipment.
