GMA's largest packer to date, with a diameter of 1040mm.
The packer was designed and manufactured at GMA based on dialogues with the customer. The packer would be used at a depth of 20m, where a pipe would be sealed and drained during maintenance work. The challenge was not only the size, but also that divers could handle the entire packer at a depth of 20 meters.
GMA delivered a complete packer to the customer, with connection pipes and an electrically driven hydraulic pump, including hydraulic hoses, a successful turn-key delivery.
