Packers directly on inner pipes can be made in almost any size, from 3/8" inner pipes up to 5" inner pipes.
By putting the packer rubber directly on the inner tube (injection pipe), larger inner pipes can be used and still obtain sufficient packer rubber.
This type of complete reusable packer is produced in a wide range of variants; here are some of those we have made.
The most common solution for complete packers with an inner tube >1" is packer rubber directly on the inner pipe (IP).
There are also variants of packers directly on inner pipes for high pressure/flow, e.g., for placement in boreholes using the drilling rig (see Special packers high pressure-flow).
